Copco Properties is Proudly Owned and Operated by Retired Law Enforcement and Military Veteran.

My Name is
Christopher Fields, CEO

I’m from Houston, Texas and attended Lamar University

on a baseball scholarship. I obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminal Justice. After graduating college, I joined the Police Academy and graduated 6 months later. I started my career shortly after and spent 14 years in law enforcement. I decided to retire from law enforcement and jump into Real Estate. I studied and passed the real estate exam and acquired my Real Estate Agent License. I have always had a passion for the outdoors which is part of the reason I started investing in land and founded Copco Properties. Investing in land combines my passion for both the outdoors and real estate. I enjoy an active healthy lifestyle and hobbies such as weightlifting, hiking, traveling and hanging out with family and friends.

To me real estate is more than just a means to make a living. I find what I do extremely rewarding and fulfilling. Traveling and exploring this magnificent country never gets old. It is my goal to bring great value to all clients associated with Copco Properties. God Bless America!!

My Name is
MJ, Acquisition Manager

I was born and raised in Houston, Tx. My parents were house hackers most of my young life. My dad died when I was 17, so my mom started dragging me to one real estate Seminar after another. After my mom died in 2013, I started looking at it a different way, and then became an investor in 2017. With my 1st property, I was hooked. Now I live and breathe real estate. It's a passion and I just love it and the relationships it bring me. My hobbies are traveling and renovating properties. . Can't wait to see what the future holds.
